What we collect

This site collects nothing on its own: it has no forms and no profiling cookies. Data reaches us when you book a call through the booking service. At that point we collect your name, email, an optional phone number, and your answers to the qualification questions: budget range, timeline, purpose, who decides with you, and your country of citizenship, which we need to check whether you can buy in Italy.

Why we use it

To hold the call you booked and to assess properties with you. Legal basis: your consent, article 6.1.a of the GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time. Italian anti-money-laundering law also requires us to verify buyers before a transaction; where that applies, the legal basis is a legal obligation.

Who else processes it

Calendly LLC, which provides the booking service, with transfers to the United States under the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR. The provider of our CRM, which stores your contact record. With your explicit consent and only for a visit, the licensed partner agency or the builder who owns the property.

For how long

For as long as needed for the purposes above, and in any case no longer than the withdrawal of your consent or your request to delete, subject to legal retention duties.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR. Write to the contact above. You can also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
